ያቺን የንጋት ጤዛ

I’ve always wondered what it would sound like if we could actually talk to the ancestors who fought at Adwa. For this track, I wrote exactly that—a conversation across a century. I structured the lyrics so the modern generation is looking up at the mountains in awe, asking, 'How did you melt iron with bare feet?' And the ancestors answer back with pure pride. To capture the true heartbeat of that victory, I had to weave Amharic, Afaan Oromo, and Tigrinya together.
